About
Built in 1974, 100 Summer was designed with a U-shaped footprint to create a small public plaza creating a built-in sense of community. This focus on community has been at the core of 100 Summer Street’s philosophy ever since. An award-winning lobby renovation was completed in 2019 to greet tenants with a sleek, yet warm atmosphere. The tower is now home to a diverse mix of small technology start-ups, international corporations, and everything in between. The facade of the tower is noted by distinctive bronze tinted windows which create a lavish glowing effect in the sunlight.
