Built in 1974, 100 Summer was designed with a U-shaped footprint to create a small public plaza creating a built-in sense of community. This focus on community has been at the core of 100 Summer Street’s philosophy ever since. An award-winning lobby renovation was completed in 2019 to greet tenants with a sleek, yet warm atmosphere. The tower is now home to a diverse mix of small technology start-ups, international corporations, and everything in between. The facade of the tower is noted by distinctive bronze tinted windows which create a lavish glowing effect in the sunlight.
The second floor amenity suite, ASSEMBLYON2, offers tenants a reimagined workspace experience. A full-service coffee bar leads into a lounge and game room with beer and wine taps, billiards, ping pong, and arcade games. A soft-seating area providing relaxed, collaborative workspace sits alongside a conference space and fitness center.
The conference center can accomodate up to 70 people and can be separated into two smaller rooms with modern furniture and plug-and-play technology. A garage style window-panelled door can be raised or lowered to accommodate your attendees with a communal or private space.
A tenant-only fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment, locker room, and 4 private shower rooms.
Pull up to a private, 24-hour valet garage offering electric vehicle charging stations and car detailing services. Bicycle commuters also enjoy private-security storage.
